Does completing organizational tasks and checking them off on a list bring you satisfaction? Do you like learning and optimizing new ways to keep a team organized? You’ll be enjoying a flexible working schedule of a minimum of 5 hours a week with the option of remote work. You’ll have the opportunity of choosing your own daily schedule. Some tasks will need to be completed daily (Monday to Friday), but the remaining tasks could be completed at whatever schedule during the week works best for you. This position would be perfect for a stay-at-home parent or student who is looking for a flexible work schedule. Work remotely or potentially from our home office on occasion or if preferable (COVID permitting). This could be a great position for someone who’s interested in learning more about digital marketing.
✍️ Attention to detail, spelling, and punctuation
📞 Answer emails, check voicemail, occasional phone calls, and general (virtual) reception duties
🗂️ Create, organize, and maintain various digital and paper files like estimates, invoices, customer and project info
✔️ Maintain Google Sheets (some sort of spreadsheet experience mandatory)
💸 Pay and receive payment for bills
🗓️ Schedule meetings, appointments, meetings, reservations, etc
🎁 Brainstorm and send out client gifts
🖇️ Maintain office supplies and shredding
All of our current positions start at the minimum living hourly wage based on location (for example $22 per hour in Victoria) and go up based on the applicant’s experience.
