Cycle BC provides motorcycle, bicycle, and scooter rentals at two locations in southwestern British Columbia. In 2021, they had a Drupal website that was providing a poor user experience both for customers and for the owners of Cycle BC. Mass Velocity redesigned the site from the ground up and built a custom WordPress theme to handle the complex back-end requirements of maintaining two locations, three distinct product lineups for three different audiences, and a variety of tour offerings. The result was an easier-to-use website for customers and staff alike. We also created a custom user manual for Cycle BC and trained them on how to use the new website. Cycle BC has been able to update the website content themselves going forward, as requested.

Mass Velocity also completed keyword research and SEO of location campaign pages. These pages were later used in Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for their locations in Victoria and Vancouver. Mass Velocity also created a custom copywriting best practices search engine optimization (SEO) guide and training. We continue to provide website development updates as needed.
